Local beers to make their debut at Penlee Park on Tuesday night
We are delighted to announce that Penzance AFC is now stocking ales and lagers from local brewery Cornish Crown, brewed using the finest ingredients and natural Cornish spring water at Badgers Cross, overlooking Mounts Bay.
In action for the first time at Tuesday’s friendly will be:
Citra Boom Pale Ale – 4%. Citra Pale Ale, unfiltered with a slight haze, a well-rounded flavour and hoprocket hopped for extra boom!
Cornish Crown IPA – 5.5%. Classic IPA brewed with North American (Cascade) and Antipodean hops (Summit & Nelson Sauvin). A touch of colour from crystal malts. Punchy and refreshing with a smooth finish.
Cornish Crown Pilsner Lager – 4%. Lighter, more subtle German style pilsner, made with true German lager malts and hops.
Easy PZ Pale Ale – 4.8%. An easy drinking Pale Ale - a tribute to our hometown. Brewed using Simcoe, Citra and Cascade with oats, wheat and Cornish spring water for a full and refreshing thirst quencher.
The can artwork (by local Penzance artist Matt McIvor AKA 'Fishboy') features two iconic Cornish landmarks: St Michael's Mount and the Jubilee Pool, Penzance.
