Issue of Season Ticket
1.1 The issue of a Season Ticket and subsequent access to the ground is subject to the same terms and conditions of entry as walk-up sales.
1.2 Season Tickets must be available for inspection at any time, as must proof of address and age or status to validate a concession ticket.
1.3 Prior to the first game included on the ticket, season tickets are refundable. For a refund request, the season ticket must be returned fully intact. Once the game has commenced, season tickets are non-refundable.
1.4 Pro-rata reduced price Season Tickets will not be available once the first league fixture has commenced. However, half price tickets may be offered half way through the league season.
1.5 By entering the ground, all persons are acknowledging that photographic images and/or video recordings (and/or stills taken from video recordings) may be taken of them and may also be used, by way of example and without limitation, in coverage of the game or by or on behalf of Penzance AFC or any football authority (or their commercial partners) for marketing, training or promotional purposes. Entry into the ground is confirmation that all persons have consented to such use of their image. If these images should feature an individual prominently, Penzance AFC will make reasonable efforts to gain the consent of that person before publishing such images. However, if this is not possible, then entry into the ground shall be deemed consent unless Penzance AFC is notified in writing to the contrary.

Admission to the Ground
2.1 Use of a season ticket constitutes acceptance of the same terms and conditions of entry as walk-up sales.
2.2 You shall not offer or distribute (either free or for sale by any person) within the ground or on Penzance AFC’s footprint, any consumer article or commercial product of any nature.

2.3 Penzance AFC reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the ground any person who fails to comply with the same terms and
conditions of entry as walk-up sales.
2.4 In the event of a season ticket holder being found guilty of any football related offence, Penzance AFC reserves the right to withdraw the Season Ticket forthwith with no refund given.
2.5 For safeguarding reasons, children under 14 are not allowed entry to the stadium without a responsible adult.

Use of Season Ticket
3.1 The Season Ticket admits the named holder and another person in the same age category if resident at the same address. In the case of
full Adult Season Tickets, up to two under 16s can also be admitted, if resident at the same address.
3.2 The Season Ticket will remain the property of Penzance AFC at all times and must be produced together with evidence of your identity,
address and age if required by any official, steward or employee of Penzance AFC. Penzance AFC reserves the right to retain the Season Ticket at any time.
3.3 Season Ticket age categories for the 2022/23 season. Concessions count as 65 + (born before 31/08/1957), a student in full time education with valid student ID card or an under 21 (born after 31/08/2001). Proof of status may be required at time of purchase.
3.4 Any Season Ticket obtained or used in breach of the terms and conditions of entry will be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.

Changes to Dates, Refunds and Exchanges
4.1 No guarantees can be given by Penzance AFC that a match will take place at a particular time on a particular date. Penzance AFC reserves the right to reschedule any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever, although all reasonable attempts to will be made to advertise changes through Penzance AFC’s normal information channels. Your Season Ticket will entitle you to attend re-arranged matches.
4.2 Penzance AFC will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any direct or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.

4.3 Penzance AFC may on rare occasions divert away from the match pricing structure to offer reduced priced tickets for a fixture. This is taken account when pricing the Season Ticket. No refund on any difference will be available to Season Ticket holders should a ticket promotion take place.
4.4 In the event of restrictions relating to a pandemic, or other such circumstance, being enforced on Penzance AFC which reduces the capacity of the stadium to the extent that season ticket holders are told they cannot attend, a pro rata refund will be available to supporters affected who wish to request one. This does not include personal circumstance or preference to attend games. Requests should be made within 14 days of the fixture and upon receipt of your application you will be advised of when to expect payment.

Lost or Stolen Season Tickets
5.1 In order to gain admission to the Ground the Season Ticket must be presented to the turnstile operator or steward.
5.2 If a Season Ticket is irreparably lost, stolen or destroyed, you can apply to have it re-issued. Penzance AFC will treat each case on its individual merits before deciding whether to charge a replacement fee.

Contact Details
6.1 From time to time, Penzance AFC may need to contact you regarding issues relating to a fixtures. It is therefore important that if you change your email address, phone number or address during the season then you email pzafcticketing@gmail.com as soon as reasonably practical.
6.2 By giving your data you accept that Penzance AFC will store your data and process it as deemed necessary. Please note that Penzance AFC will never sell your data to third parties. Cancellation & amp; Withdrawal of Season Ticket
7.1 Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, Penzance AFC shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of these Terms & Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw your Season Ticket. In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid in respect of any unexpired portion of the Season Ticket. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above the following actions will constitute serious breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry:

Sale or transfer (save as permitted) of this Season Ticket to any person.
Deliberate misuse of the Season Ticket.
The supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application.
Persistent swearing during the match.
The throwing of any object within the Ground without lawful authority or excuse.
The chanting of anything of an indecent or racist nature.
Any misrepresentation in relation to Clause 1.2
Any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to Penzance AFC (or any third party) in respect of this Season Ticket.
7.2 In the event that your Season Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled Penzance AFC reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by Penzance AFC and/or to disqualify you from applying for any match ticket or season ticket at its discretion.
7.3 These Terms & Conditions are applicable for games played at Penlee Park.

Exclusion of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penzance AFC hereby excludes any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Ground.

Governing Law
9.1 These conditions of issue shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
