After five years of playing only small-sided football, Lewis Caspall is making a return to the senior game by rejoining former club Penzance. The 30 year-old left-footed midfielder, who has also played for Mousehole, has agreed to sign for the Magpies for the forthcoming campaign.
“Lewis needs no introduction to the Penzance supporters and is a player I know particularly well, and so we are delighted that he has agreed to come back to Penlee Park,” says manager Mark Vercesi.
“His character, quality, fitness and strength make him one of the best players around at this level and will be a huge weapon in our armoury. He is an exciting player to watch and has a knack of popping up in the right place at the right time to become a real key player for us.”
