MAGPIES WELCOME CAMELFORD

Penzance will look to follow up an impressive victory over promotion-chasing Dobwalls last weekend when Camelford pay their second visit of the season to Penlee Park this afternoon (3pm kick-off).

Back in early October, the Magpies avenged a 1-6 league defeat of a fortnight earlier by coming from behind to beat the Camels 2-1 in a WC Parson Cup tie. If they are to repeat that victory, they will have to do so without top scorer Jacob Trudgeon who misses his first game since the August win at Newquay. The ranks are bolstered though by the returns of Mark Vercesi and Max Everard, with the remainder of the squad: Will Trenoweth, Archie Reynolds, Cam McCabe, Tyler Tonkin (captain), Liam Andrew, Silas Sullivan, Kevin Lawrence, Kam Collins, Jordan Daniell, Rolandos Samnauskas, Nathaniel West, Haidar Fadli, Alfie Hicks and Kai Baxter.

Camelford always provide strong opposition, and their manager Reg Hambly names a squad of: Josh Colwill, Tom McLachlan, Tom Crowe, Tom Cowling, Leighton Carhart, Charlie Hambly (captain), Andy Boxall, Eli Evans, Jake Chafer, Alex Wharton, Mark Gusterson, Olly Taylor, Sam Haddy, Sam Watts, Dan O'Hara, Fin Ellacott, Thomas Harvey, Bryn Sturdy, Ross Beare and Keegan Lloyd.

Admission is just £5 (£3 for concessions) and drinks and refreshments, including hot pasties, will be available from the Jewson Bar (open around 12.30pm) and tea hut.

A full printed matchday programme will be on sale in the bar from lunchtime, and at the gate and tea hut, for £1.50.
