After a complete wash-out of all matches the previous week, four of Penzance’s teams returned to action last weekend. The Under-8 Tigers played away to St Ives Town, the Under-10 Pumas beat Falmouth Community and the Under-11 Cosmos lost 1-5 at Newquay. The Under-13 Aliens were also beaten away to Newquay 3-6 in an exciting County Cup tie.
Three of the Aliens have been picked for the Kernow Youth Football Select tour to Germany in May - huge congratulations to Teddy, Sammy and Kirby, pictured.

The Under-18s, who have only managed to play five league games all season (winning them all) and are still in two cup competitions, face a particularly congested end of season. Their League Cup semi-final against Newquay, after numerus postponements at St Columb Minor, has been switched to Penzance and will be played on Sunday 22nd February at 2pm. If Penlee Park is unavailable, the tie will be staged at Penwith College.
